Big River Golf Course 709 Willamette StThe City of Umatilla proudly presents the Rock the Locks Music Festival to be held at the Big River Golf Course in Umatilla, Oregon on October 6th – 8th 2023. Come enjoy this family friendly event for 1, 2 or all 3 days. In/Out privileges with wristband. 25 bands on 2 stages. Gates open at 11:00AM each day with music starting at noon. Onsite camping available for tents and RVs. Campground opens at 4PM on October 5th. Onsite food and merchandise vendors.
