The City of Umatilla proudly presents the Rock the Locks Music Festival to be held at the Big River Golf Course in Umatilla, Oregon on October 6th – 8th 2023. Come enjoy this family friendly event for 1, 2 or all 3 days. In/Out privileges with wristband. 25 bands on 2 stages. Gates open at 11:00AM each day with music starting at noon. Onsite camping available for tents and RVs. Campground opens at 4PM on October 5th. Onsite food and merchandise vendors.
